1. Scope of Services

We provide professional online translation services as described on our website. The scope of each order will be defined at the time of purchase, including source and target languages, word count, and delivery format.

2. Delivery Timeline

All translation services and digital files are delivered within 1 to 3 business days once payment is successfully processed, unless otherwise stated on the service page.

3. Accuracy & Limitations

• We strive to provide accurate, high-quality translations.
• Customers are responsible for reviewing translations before use in legal, medical, or official contexts.
• We do not guarantee acceptance of translations by third-party authorities unless specifically agreed in writing.

4. Revisions

• Each order includes one (1) complimentary revision for corrections of errors or inconsistencies.
• Additional revisions or changes to the original text may incur extra charges.

5. Confidentiality & Data Security

• All documents are treated as strictly confidential.
• Files are stored securely and retained for 30 days after delivery to allow for revisions or follow-up requests, after which they are permanently deleted.
• Files are not shared with third parties except with professional linguists working under confidentiality agreements.

6. Payments

• All payments must be made in full before delivery.
• Accepted payment methods are displayed on the checkout page.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for losses, claims, or damages arising from the use or misinterpretation of translations after delivery.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Hong Kong.
