Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled before payment is completed.
  • Once payment is processed and translation work has begun, cancellations are not possible.

2. Refunds

  • Refunds are not available for completed translations, as they are digital and custom services.
  • Refunds may be considered only in cases of non-delivery beyond the 3 business day timeframe due to technical issues on our part.

3. Revisions Instead of Refunds

  • Customers may request a revision if they identify errors or inconsistencies in the translation.
  • Substantial changes or re-translation requests may require a new order.
