Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellations
- Orders may be cancelled before payment is completed.
- Once payment is processed and translation work has begun, cancellations are not possible.
2. Refunds
- Refunds are not available for completed translations, as they are digital and custom services.
- Refunds may be considered only in cases of non-delivery beyond the 3 business day timeframe due to technical issues on our part.
3. Revisions Instead of Refunds
- Customers may request a revision if they identify errors or inconsistencies in the translation.
- Substantial changes or re-translation requests may require a new order.
